Welcome to the Lancashire Schools Golf Association website

This Association is for all Schools in Lancashire with golfers who have handicaps.

The Association  was founded in 1981 to enable pupils to take part in  inter School Golf Competitions and to then be eligible to compete in the North of England Schools Championships and the English Schools Golf Association Championship. 

 

UNFORTUNATELY, ALL COMPETITIONS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED FOR 2020 , due to the Government Recommendations.

Lancashire Schools competitions are split into 2 Regions, North and  South each one having a Competition in the Summer.

 To be eligible to play in the competitions, pupils need to be in full time education, including 6th form students and have a handicap of 28 and below for boys and 36 and below for girls.
